It takes 3 business days to produce poster prints. Canvas prints take 6-7 business days to produce.


Please note: orders placed over the weekend will be considered received on Monday; the day that we receive your order is considered day zero. For example, if you place a poster print order before 6:00 pm Central Time on a Monday, your order will ship on Thursday.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Behavior100. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Poster print orders received before 6pm Central Time are shipped 3 business days after receipt of your order. Due to longer production time, (Rolled) Canvas Print orders will ship 6-7 business days after receipt of your order. With orders containing both canvas and poster prints, if you want the poster prints shipped sooner, we suggest ordering canvases and posters in separate orders. Otherwise, poster prints will ship together with canvas prints 6-7 business days after reciept of your order.

 

Please take note to consider FedEx transit time when calculating the approximate delivery date of your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

Behavior100 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns

Customers have the option of returning purchased item(s) in exchange for a different item of equal value, or customers may request a refund
Sales items are eligible for refund unless otherwise specified. Please, contact us by email to get a return number before returning the item(s). Items can be returned no more than 15 calendar days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition the item was received in. Customer must be ready to show proof of purchase. (Proof of purchase is emailed to customers in the form of a receipt upon completion of payment for the order.)

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The number of days in which your refund is completed will depend upon your card issuer's policies.

Our store is hosted on Procart Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Procart’s data storage, databases and the general Procart application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Procart stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
